This is one of the easiest snacks you will make. Add it to your list of party snacks, or make it for yourself. It’s that quick and simple. And it can be made vegan swapping out for vegan versions of the cream cheese and sour cream — and store-bought crescent rolls are vegan!

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz. container or cream cheese

  • 1//4 - 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 handfuls chopped spinach (fresh, not frozen)

  • 1 container crescent rolls

  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicon mat or parchment.

  3. Prepare the bowl of your bread crumbs.

  4. Combine the cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the sour cream, making sure it is not too runny. Add more sour cream if you like.

  5. Add in salt, onion powder and garlic powder.

  6. Mix in the two handfuls of CHOPPED spinach.

  7. Unroll crescent dough and one by one, place each triangle on the baking sheet.

  8. Place 1/8 of mix on each piece of dough in the center.

  9. Fold the first long point over, then the second. It will look messy in this phase. It’s ok, it will come out looking good.

  10. Take each roll and dip the bottom in the bowl of breadcrumbs. Place back on sheet.

  11. Take remaining breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of each roll generously.

  12. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes (It took me 17), until they are golden brown.

  13. Enjoy immediately.
