A holiday twist on a classic cocktail — the French 75.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. gin (I use Brokers)

  • .5 oz. Koval Cranberry Gin Liqueur

  • .5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • .5 oz. simple syrup

  • 3 oz. Prosecco

  • Garnish - Frozen cranberries and lemon peel (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place first four ingredients (NOT the Prosecco) in a shaker with ice

  2. Strain into a champagne flute

  3. Top with the Prosecco

  4. Garnish if you like
